Summary: The room was nice. The staff only cleaned once when I had requested more washcloths. It was Christmas week, so I'm not sure that was the reason. They state they charge for a morning buffet, but I saw no easy way to do that, and it's really not worth what they said they charged. The bar area was not operational. There was also a smell in the hallway due to the renovations underway. That said, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helped whenever asked. The room was quiet, with a large desk to work at and tables downstairs as well. It was well located near things I wished to do. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained.
