Stay in a wonderful private residence close to center city! A classic Southern home that's been lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished; in Charlotte's coolest and most desirable neighborhood. A short walk to countless bars, restaurants, and breweries. Less than a mile to center city, close to all major freeways, in a beautiful neighborhood, with a true southern front porch.

This is a wonderful home located in one of Charlotte's best neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard has a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a barbeque grill. The home has 4 bedrooms on the main floor with a fully private loft that serves as a 5th bedroom. With 2 beds in the loft, the entire home has a total of 6 high quality queen-sized beds. It can easily accommodate 10-12 people. There are 3 full bathrooms in the home. Recently modeled and super clean. You'll have access to the entire home. There is a large driveway (4-5 cars) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed.
The home is in one of the most fun and best located neighborhoods in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Midwood - one of Charlotte's premier nightlife scenes. Less than a mile to center city, with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer. Walk, Uber, drive, rent a scooter, or rent a bike. Tons of options and 2 blocks the free Gold-Line light rail with easy access to all of downtown. It's truly a great neighborhood with all the amenities of urban city living :)
