Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a large fenced-in private pool with lounge seating, a tiki bar, a hot tub, an elevator accessible to all levels, an outdoor shower, a covered deck, a basketball hoop, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Enter the first level through the dry entry for fun in the game room with a pool table, kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave, flat screen TV, and pool deck access. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a TV and two triple Twin bunk beds. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a TV and a Queen bed. The Game room and bedroom #2 both have direct access to the full bathroom, which has a walk in hand-held shower.
Mid Level: Take the airy staircase or elevator up a level and you will find the laundry room, a family room with covered deck access, and 3 spacious coastal chic bedrooms. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are King bedrooms, each with a TV, private en suite full bathrooms, and direct access to the furnished covered deck. Bedroom #5 is furnished with a King bed, TV, and has access to the full bathroom located off the hallway.
Top Level: From the elevator or staircase, you are greeted by the expansive Great Room, which boasts cathedral ceilings, a full entertainment area, hardwood floors, a convenient half bathroom, and a spacious wrap-around sun deck. The chef's kitchen with Silestone counters, a large dining area that seats 10, a breakfast nook seating 3, a dual oven, and 2 dishwashers, has every necessity to prepare your favorite meal or today's catch. The large screened-in porch off the kitchen area is great for outdoor dining with a picnic table and a gas grill. Just off the living room is bedroom #6, a spacious King bedroom with TV, deck access, and an attached private bath featuring a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
