Summary: While the staff was helpful the room was not in the best shape. Tv stands were dusty and i mean dusty to the point i could write my name in the dust. Not sure if someone just forgot to dust them but it was a pain point. The room door where you place your card to get in was broken, i tried with 4 different cards after going down to the front desk twice. The manager who was very nice came up and tried her card and somehow got it to work. While the door was not my main concern the cleanliness of the room was.
