It is just minutes from the lake, grocery shopping, antique shopping and dining. There are 6 boat launches within one mile or less of the home. The coolest feature about this home is the back yard which has a pool, sand box for the little ones, stone fire place, and a grill. It has a view of the lake. It sleeps eight. The home has 3 bedrooms 2 with queen beds and one with a twin over full bunk bed.
The home is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in beautiful Guntersville, AL which is surrounded by a 69,000 acre man made lake. The home itself has a great back yard perfect for grilling, chillin, and spending time relaxing. There are three bedrooms, two bathroom, all on a single level 1600 square feet house which is remotely located within walking distance to the shores of Lake Guntersville. This home has been freshly painted and prepped with upscale linens. Living area is an open concept to comfortably spend time relaxing and dining. A fully furnished multi-level deck overlooks the pool and seating around a stone fire place. It's a perfect choice for young, old, young at heart.
Guests access the property via two private concrete driveways, allowing for easy entrance and exit with ample parking. As for accessibility into the house, guests will be given a code to enter through the front door via keyless entry. Just remember when you walk out the door not to lock the bottom lock from the inside or you will be locked out of the house.
Starter supplies are provided. Got a boat? No problem, electricity is located by both driveways. In the front there is an electrical outlet on the porch for the upper drive-way and just inside the gate for the lower drive-way. The home is within a mile of 3 grocery stores.
