Thank you for considering our home for your holiday. Our one story home is 3500 SF has a front living room with pool table and an office. There is a family room/kitchen combination with an informal dining table. There is a large 20 by 40 foot heated pool with diving board, Day to day heating included. Two days prior to arrival there is a separate $200 pool heat up fee. (Cost per night for unheated pool $450, additional heating pool fee is our cost to heat pool) A separate 6 person hot tub, a pergola with table and chairs, two chaise lounges, a furnished back porch and a covered kitchen patio with Traeger and gas grill for your enjoyment. Robes, slippers, highend towels and USB ports in each bedroom are just a few of the extras provided to make your stay a special luxurious time. No Pets
