FINALLY offers six bedrooms and four of these are en-suite bedrooms with a private bath attached. There are five full baths and one-half bath total. Indoor amenities and features include wireless internet access, central ac/heat, a fully equipped kitchen, a high chair and a pack 'n play, TVs and DVD players.
The lower level of FINALLY includes a rec room with a large tv and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. The lower level also has a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. No need to carry luggage and groceries up the many flights of steps, FINALLY has an ELEVATOR that services all floors!
Between the lower level and the second level you will find a beautiful foyer and a laundry room which includes a utility sink.
The second level of FINALLY has four bedrooms, two of which are king en-suites with private baths. One of the en-suite bedrooms on this level is a disability-friendly room with wide entrances, a roll-in shower, shower seat, and grab bar. Two bedrooms on this level share a Jack and Jill bathroom, one has a queen bed and one with a bunk / trundle. All bedrooms on this level have access to decks.
You can find a very lovely study between the second and third levels. The perfect spot to catch up on emails and get some work done.
The third level of FINALLY is the main living space. This level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room with a fireplace, and master bedroom. Beautiful views abound from this level.
From the third level, climbing a few additional stairs, you enter the ships watch. This is a fantastic spot to have morning coffee while catching views of the sound and the rest of the third level.
FINALLY also features a 14' x 28' private pool and a hot tub. There is an outdoor shower, newly created grilling area with gas and charcoal grills, covered parking, enormous-covered decks for relaxing and dining, plentiful deck furniture and a hammock swing. The beach is a very short stroll down Bismark Drive.
Free parking area on Windance Lane for Villages at Ocean Hill guests. This lot holds 20 cars & provides direct beach access. Please note there is a fee for use of the Fitness Center.
