Our newly built Creole Style double home is the perfect little spot just on the edge of the historical French Quarter, the lively Frenchman Street party zone and downtown New Orleans (1.0 miles equal to 4- minutes driving and an 18-minute walk). We are 6-minutes away (driving) from Canal Street, outlet and upscale shopping malls and many tourist attractions in the downtown and Central Business District area. (Harrah's Casino, Aquarium of the Americas, WWII Museum, The Outlet Collection at the Riverwalk, and upscale fashion shopping located in Canal Place (Saks 5th Avenue, Brooks Brothers, Tiffany & Co. and Ann Taylor). We are located in the historic Treme' area one block to Esplanade Avenue and the street car line on N. Rampart Street which travels to Canal Street. Nearby our home are the historic Louis Armstrong Park and Circle Food Store. In close proximity there’s a Robert’s Fresh Market, Starbucks Coffee and Walgreens drugstore only a 3-minute drive away (1.0 miles). We are a 4-minute drive (1.0 miles) to the Basin Street Station a nearby tourist information center.
Our living and dining room area includes a full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware, washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, wireless Internet Wi-Fi connection and local cable channels. There is an ADT security system. Two full bathrooms are located in the unit, one on the hall near the bedrooms and the other in the living room area. The private balcony is right off of the living area for your personal enjoyment. For your convenience, there are televisions in each bedroom and in the common area for your viewing enjoyment. All wood flooring throughout the home. In the rear of our home there's an outdoor sitting area. We offer a few emergency personal hygiene items for your convenience (complimentary) just in case you forgot to pack them. (liquid bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and laundry detergent). Please feel free to bring your own items. There’s also a cellular charging station as an extra amenity! Hope to host you soon! Safe travels. There is a large grassed parking lot to the left of the home for guest availability, all we ask is not to block any cars in.
