You’ll be just minutes from several wedding/event venues, hiking and biking trails, water sports, downtown Banner Elk’s shops and restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, wineries, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis, and more.
Located on a two-acre wooded lot, your outdoor space includes a beautifully landscaped fire pit with abundant seating and a large, rolling lawn - perfect for sledding, lawn games, playing fetch with the pups, or even hosting an intimate wedding or event with a max of 20 guests.
Inside, you’ll find mountain-modern decor, hardwood floors, and an open floor plan made for entertaining. The chef’s kitchen features a Thermador oven, six-burner gas range, a built-in refrigerator, wine cooler, farmhouse sink, and an oversized butcher-block island with seating for eight. Additionally, the kitchen table seats six and a farmhouse dining room table seats up to 10, so you can easily feed a crowd. The centerpiece of the living and family rooms is the double-sided, river-rock gas fireplace, perfect for a chilly evening. A secondary den on the bottom level offers another gas-log fireplace and bar area with a mini-fridge, along with a pool table and game table. More entertainment options at home include eight streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, cable, a DVD player and library, and board games.
At bedtime, you’ll find four rooms on the third level, including the primary bedroom with a seating area and ensuite bathroom featuring a swoon-worthy soaking tub. The fifth bedroom is on the main floor, and the sixth bedroom is just off the game room downstairs.
