It's the perfect vacation spot just a short walk (<2 min.) to the outdoor pool, fitness room, playground, game room, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking trails and stocked trout lake. Beech Mountain club amenities are available to you for a transferable fee. The ski resort, sledding hill and restaurants are close by. Enjoy the fireplace, hot tub, kid/teen wing, fully stocked kitchen, and overall charm of this mountain home. The ski resort is 3 minutes away.
The space
Only 1.5 miles to the Beech Mountain Ski area entrance and 3 miles to Fred’s Mercantile, restaurants and the popular sledding hill! This home comfortably sleeps 11, caters to families and friends, and features a kid/teen wing, hot tub, two decks, and cozy wood-burning fireplace on an acre of land! The location is perfect with easy access and so close to everything Beech Mountain has to offer! *New twin log beds recently added in the kid/teen wing and new log queen set added downstairs!

SLEEP ARRANGEMENTS: Upstairs Master 1: King Bed with chaise lounge sitting area I Upstairs Master 2: Double Bed with balcony I Downstairs Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds I Downstairs Bedroom 4: Queen bed IN ADDITION TO LARGE KID/TEEN WING WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM featuring 3 twin beds, 3 in 1 game table and hanging swings. Pack ‘n play and highchair are also provided if needed. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, the downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with shower and the kid/teen room has its own full bath and hanging chairs, books, games, game table, and TV with Roku for the kids/teens. Each bedroom has its own vanity which adds character, charm and convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING: 7-8 person Hot Tub, large deck with comfortable seating and dining area, balcony, 1 acre of land to enjoy nature and wildlife.
INDOOR LIVING: The house is partially remodeled but certain elements such as some knotty pine walls and wood beams were left to preserve the true mountain feel of the home. The family room features hardwood floors, massive floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace, plenty of windows and a tv with Roku so you can stream your favorite shows or movies (please bring your subscription information with you). Washer and dryer are available if needed during your stay. Allow kids to enjoy watching the tv with roku or a movie, play games or use the game table, or play on the swinging chairs in the kid wing while adults relax in the family room by the glowing fire. *Kid Room Fireplace NOT usable.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, preserved original knotty pine wood cabinetry, and unique granite collage counter tops ready for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal sitting around the Amish made reclaimed barn wood table. Coffee & Tea Bar including drip coffee maker, Keurig and a sampling of K-cups available in addition to a bar with wine cooler to prepare your favorite drinks.
GENERAL: Linens, towels and starter kitchen items provided, WiFi included, washer and dryer available, high chair, and pack n’ play available if needed.
PARKING: Large driveway with easy access, few steps to entryway

*4WD or chains strongly recommended on Beech Mountain during winter months. Check Rays Weather prior to your visit.
*The house has good access off the main Beech Mountain Parkway, and will comfortably fit 3 -4 vehicles. There is a turn around in the driveway.
Other things to note:
*If you plan to use the wood burning fireplace, please bring wood bundles and fire starters.
*Please bring your own charcoal if you plan to use the grill.
*We have 2 monitor heaters and wall heaters in bedrooms and bathrooms. The wood burning fireplace in the family room is available but not in the kid's room.
* If you want to take advantage of our Beech Mountain Club membership for a transfer fee, you can easily walk to the pool, fitness room, game room, tennis and pickle ball courts (1-2 minute walk). There is also club dining, golf, and a private ski lodge with parking and restaurant. Check out beechmtn.club and call #828-387-4208 to discuss fees. Inform us if you want to transfer our membership so we can initiate the paperwork which needs to be submitted a minimum of 3 days prior to your stay.
