This property is located 5 minutes from McMinnville, Tn, the barnhouse is located on the north side of our family's 100 yr old barn on 23 acres of land in Middle Tennessee and been in our family since before the Civil Ward. Plenty of room to walk around and walk down to Charles Creek that runs on the south end of our farm and do a little fishing. This is a great escape from city life and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country but yet 10 minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the covered porch and read a book, watch the sunrise or the sunset. We are close to Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanoga, go hiking at Rock Island State Park, Fall Creek Falls State Park, Burgess Falls or go to the Cumberland Caverns that holds Underground Bluegrass concerts on weekends. Center Hill Lake is about 20 minutes away from our farm or just stay at the barnhouse and enjoy doing nothing.
We have a one bedroom that has a queen size bed, bathroom has spa like shower with rain head, claw foot tub for a nice soaking bath. There is a sleeper sofa in our living room that is a full size bed when you pull it out. We have a fireplace for cool evenings or go outside and use our fire pit and sit under stars.
