Upgraded in 2025 with new lighting, the interior is open and equipped with hardwood floors, new air purifiers, standing fans, and hand vacuums on each level. Local and vintage art and furnishings enhance the cozy, cottage charm of this sustainable home built by Asheville's Deltec in 1976. The home offers a peaceful setting, surrounded by native trees, distant mountain views, star-filled night skies, and beautiful colors at sunrise and sunset.
Guests are steps away from walking paths, Montreat College, and Montreat Conference Center activities, and downtown Black Mountain (home to coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants to suit all tastes) is within a 7-minute drive. The entrance is level with the parking area, and it has everything needed for a comfortable, all-on-one-level stay.

Levels two and three are easily accessed inside by spiral stairs or outside via adjoining steps connecting the outer decks.
