Come enjoy a stay on the waterfront canal at this completely remodeled
condo with a private boat slip that you are able to rent out per
night(Boat Slip Rental is an additional $75 per night and can be added
once booking is confirmed)! Bring your boat (or rent one from our
local companies) and enjoy days out on the water fishing and tubing or
exploring the many islands that surround Carolina Beach, such as
Sharks Tooths Island.
This two-bedroom two bath condo that sleeps up to five people
comfortably has been completely remodeled this past winter and
features all brand-new furniture. The master bedroom has a king size
bed plus a private ensuite making for a private space after a long day
in the sun with family or friends. The two large closets in the master
bedroom provides plenty of space to store your beach or fishing gear.
The guest bedroom features a double size bed with a full bath located
right off the hallway.
The kitchen/living room combo makes a perfect place for everyone to
gather to enjoy a meal or watch a movie on the smart TV all while
having amazing canal views from the sliding glass doors and window.
The couch in the living room converts into a futon making room for
your fifth guest. For those who like to wake up early, make a cup of
coffee, and walk up to the rooftop deck to witness a spectacular
panorama view of the morning sunrise. For those who want to have a
more relaxing day lounging on the beach it is only one block away with
a public beach access right on the corner.
Do not worry about having to drive anywhere. Located three blocks from
this condo is Downtown Carolina Beach, which boasts restaurants,
shops, night life, and a permanent 90 ft Ferris Wheel! Every Thursday
night in the Summer they also do Fireworks and have a live band. Do
not forget to try the famous Britts Donuts located on the Carolina
Beach Boardwalk.

adventures? Bring them too! We are pet friendly.
One assigned parking spot is guaranteed with the condo. There is a
second spot that is available when empty but not guaranteed. Parking
for a boat trailer is not available onsite but within two blocks there
is a public paid parking lot. No smoking is allowed in the condo.
