Stay on the mountain and enjoy all that Gateway Mountain has to offer, including 2 lakes, a beautiful waterfall park, hiking trails, and abundant wildlife. You are secluded yet just 10 minutes to I-40. You are also a short 30-minute drive to Asheville and the Biltmore House. This luxurious home truly has something for everyone! Inside, the gourmet kitchen on the main floor leads into a large family room/dining room combo with spectacular views and a large screened porch that connects to the expansive deck for optimum outdoor entertaining. Two of the 3 levels offer expansive views, and there are 2 primary suites, guest quarters, a pool table, a fire pit with seating, large decks, a gas grill, and floor-to-ceiling fireplaces on 2 levels! Aside from 5 bedrooms, this house has a queen Murphy bed, 3 queen sleeper sofas, and 2 sleeper chairs. Bring the family and start making memories here!

Please Note: Pets less than 40 lbs will be considered with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100. The satellite WIFI is NOT unlimited. It is available for checking emails, Facebook, and surfing the web. We're sorry but you are NOT able to stream movies, music, or play games through the internet or the service will be shut off. The garage is not part of the rental. Sheets and towels are included. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions and delayed snow plow operations are possible within the development.
From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles. We also recommend travel insurance for those staying in the Gateway Mountain development during the winter months. No parking is allowed on roadways or at gate entrances. No RVs, boat trailers, camping trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted in the Gateway Mountain Community. Havencrest will include holiday decor this season. Most homes are decorated by the first week of December, but please feel free to contact us for specific timing.
