The home, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, is a fully furnished industrial escape (with a private driveway)! There is a large 70in smart TV in the living room. A dining room table to accommodate all travelers, and full size washer and dryer! There is a beautiful custom built outdoor seating area and fire pit to enjoy the weather! If you’re staying for over a week we offer weekly cleaning services upon request as well!
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Southern Pines is known for its vibrant downtown area with many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The main streets are the two sides of Broad Street, divided by railroad tracks offering many unique businesses, beautiful parks and the idyllic downtown scene. **Pet Rules**
Pets are must be approved prior to booking. There is a $250 pet deposit for the first and $50 for the second.
Deposit must be paid a week before arriving, or your stay will be cancelled and it will be non refundable. If you are booking less than a week out the pet deposit needs to be paid with in 24 hours of booking.
Dogs under 2 years must be crated while owners are away.
No pets on the furniture.
We will charge a minimum of $50 if there is evidence of dogs on the furniture.
**House Rules**
We live near by and have many friend that live around the house, they will call us if guests violate the house rules.
Price per night is for 6 guests. Additional $15/night per each additional guest. Please be accurate, it will help us ensure the appropriate supplies for your stay!
No additional guests may stay at the property from the booking amount, we will ask to confirm. Additional guests is a violation and we will terminate your stay immediately and it will be non refundable.
Firepit and grill are not to be left unattended while using.
Quiet hours are observed from 11pm to 6am
Only two cars, single file, not blocking the sidewalk may be parked in the driveway. The home is on the corner so there is ample street parking.
Do not park blocking the stop sign or side/crosswalks.
Do not park in the grass.
Trailers must be parked in the driveway over night.
This home is in the historic district of Southern Pines and follows very strict rules, please respect the home and property we have opened up to you.
Any violations and we will terminate your stay immediately, and it will be non refundable. If you have any questions please message us prior to booking.
