You can easily make a trip to the Downtown Asheville or the quaint little downtown of Weaverville within minutes of driving and it's very conveniently located to the River Arts District. For fun outdoor leisure time, you can relax while floating the French Broad River then go to New Belgium Brewing to top off your day. All of this is close by! Come be one of the first guests to enjoy this beautifully decorated home!
This home sleeps 6 people comfortably, has high speed internet and smart TV's for your streaming convenience. There is a propane grill on the side porch of the home for you to enjoy cooking out or, if you choose, it's a quick drive to some amazing restaurants in the River Arts District or Downtown. Plenty of room for 3 cars to park in the driveway when you arrive.
Things to note:
From the main road, the driveway is fairly steep, gravel road for about 25 yards to the house. 4WD not needed. (The mailman drives a Prius!)
