The location is amazing, sitting on a hillside, but still with a large enough yard to enjoy with the family or pups...private, but not remote...only 5 minutes to downtown Hot Springs!
This 2000 sq/ft home was built in 2018. The finishing details make give it an upscale feel.
Bedroom 1 has its own Private Bath and a King Bed. Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 has a King Bed. Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 has a Single Bed and and Single/Double Bunk. Smart TV.
There is a convertible couch in the Living Room that gives the area of a Queen Bed. Giant Smart TV.
The home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.
Both baths are full-sized.
The open floor plan creates a great family space, combining the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.
The Living Room boasts a ginormous sectional that can fit the entire 10-person group for movie night.

We do have a few neighbors, but they are all far enough away that you won't really know that they are there.
When not out exploring the mountains, enjoying the local craft beer scene, or rafting in the French Broad, you'll spend most of your time on the amazing front porch, with mountain views, or in the sweet, 6-person hot tub.
