Summary: Customer service was horrible. Had a 2 night stay. Asked for our bed to be made and new towels and they never did it. Asked for our iron board to be switched out because it was horribly dirty and nothing. Kindly complained and they said again they would take care of it and they did not. Black mold on window seal.
