This charming, historic home built in 1870 is the perfect retreat for a long weekend enjoying lake life. Located right in downtown Clarksville, you'll have easy access to everything from this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Listen to music on select nights by Lake Life Live from the front porch and stroll down to Pizza Pub to pick up a delicious dinner. This unique stay has high speed wifi, a coffee bar in the sunny dining room and a full kitchen. Off street parking for 3-4 cars. Street parking is not permitted.

The Main level has two spacious living areas, large sunny dining room, kitchen. 1 king bedroom and both baths are also on the main level. The other two bedrooms are both on the upper level, a king bedroom and a bedroom with two full beds.

Please note. This is an antique home built in 1870. The only windows that open are in the kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and the electric heating/cooling works well. The host/owner may need to gain access to the home and will provide a 24 hour notice. *Parking* Please note that parking is only permitted in the driveway next to the home. The driveway with the old SUV to the right of the blue house next door is not parking for the home.
