Our cabin is the perfect mix of charm and convenience as it offers Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, a formal dining room and a kitchen table dining area, a large lounge area and office space downstairs, front and back decks complete with an outdoor terrace with a sitting area and outdoor fireplace along with a hot tub. You get all these amenities while being conveniently located only 2 minutes to downtown Burnsville. Sit back and relax and get some much needed R&R in the hot tub while taking in the magnificent mountain views or sit by the outdoor fireplace while roasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars. They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
