Summary: Ants all over room, no amenities on tv work, shower head broken, phone didn’t work, no directions for using tv google cast which requires changing the hdmi input. Says there was on demand movies couldn’t find them as per the tv directions, called front desk and they didn’t know. roof a/c unit very loud, sounded like a helicopter was on the rooftop, I was on top floor Pamphlet for phone dialing had food and pen scribbles all over it. Put out do not disturb sign and it was removed and the room was entered—the bed was made, however condiments were not replenished. Was not an ideal stay for the property reputation.
