Third Floor:
Luxury, large, fully-renovated kitchen equipped with every amenity guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or quick meals in between activities. Two pantries with half bath next door. Brand new appliances & FULL COFFEE BAR offering free specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, & electric kettle.
Dining Room:
Plenty of seating between large dining table seating 8 with 8 additional bar seats. Large glass windows with beautiful canal views. Just outside dining room is a large covered deck with 6-seater bar top table and two patio chairs with ottomans.
Living Room:
Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room with vaulted ceilings. Living room features a full-size shuffle board, extra large reclining sectional, large chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friends activities. Shiplap fireplace with 65” Smart TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean views. Just outside the living room is a large deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit.
Carport:
Plenty of parking, large outdoor shower, and storage closet with access to 4 beach chairs, cornhole boards/bags.
Backyard:
Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private backyard, pool and hot tub. Pool can be heated for an extra fee for $50 per day, which covers the cost of the propane to keep the water temperature warm. You can add through the booking site or message us for details.
Additional Amenities Included:
• All bed linens, towels, hand-towels for bathrooms & kitchen
• Household supplies from laundry & dish detergent, trashbags, 2 rolls of paper towels, & 10 rolls of toilet paper. For long stays you may want to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper.

We know how importance response time is to our guests so we ALWAYS have three eyes on the app so we can handle any needs as fast as possible. The guest guidebook also includes each`s host cell phone number as well.
1. Up to 2 dogs allowed for $150. Additional $150 for 3rd dog.
2. Checkout instructions must be followed or fee may apply to cover additional fees from cleaners. Checkout instructions are in guidebook.
3. All white linens with stains may be charged a fee if cleaners cannot remove stains. We charge replacement cost only and not extra labor trying to save the linens.
4. Dogs must be house-trained and crated while left unattended. Damage or urine stays could be charged a fee to repair or replace.
5. No unauthorized parties or events. A cleanup fee of $500 will be charged parties or events outside of standard reservations.
6. Please only park in the carport. The town tows vehicles inappropriately parked.
7. Please pick up after your pets in the yard.
8. No glass in pool area or food in pool.
9. Always cover hot tub after use
