* QUIET TIME : The house quiet time is 10pm to 6am. If you are enjoying the back porch or the yard, please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.
* SMOKING : There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking anywhere inside the house an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed. Smoking is allowed on the back porch. Please be sure nearby doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not drift into the house and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash (not in the yard!)
* PETS: Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we do not allow pets in this facility.
* SHOES: Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers provided for your comfort. Keep them, they are yours.
* DAMAGES: If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know. We are very understanding but don’t like surprises.
