Summary: We arrived late in the evening after driving 14 hours and there was no one behind the front desk to check us in. It took 35 minutes of knocking on the office staff door before someone came out. The guy had been sleeping and did not seem to care. During our three day stay not once did someone come in to empty the trash cans or bring clean towels. Very disappointed. Will not stay at that particular location again.
