A lovely 300 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment on beautiful Lake Lanier in a quiet cove. A 100 yard walk through the woods has you at the water. Another 100 yard walk is our private dock, the only one in this cove. The use of two kayaks and a paddle board is included along with a patio and grill.
North GA Wine Country is about 35 minutes away.

This brightly lit, nicely appointed, and well equipped "tiny home" apartment has all you need for a getaway, including a kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster oven, Keurig, drip coffee maker, crockery, and utensils), one bathroom with shower. It is in the lower level of our home in a peaceful neighborhood. Coffee pods, ground coffee, sugar, stevia, creamer and light snacks are provided.
(Guests will sometimes share the dock with us.) No stairs to access the unit but there is a walk down a driveway with a slope and across a slate sidewalk.
No parties as this is a quiet area.
