Summary: The house has a really nice dock and plenty of water toys. The house itself was unimpressive and irritating. Despite the high cleaning fee (250), and the long list of check-out chores (wash and put away all dishes, strip the beds, sweep AND take all trash OFF the property), we still stepped into a house that was not clean. The kitchen was well equipped, but cabinets were a disorganized jumble. There is no internet at this house. We got better connectivity in the middle of the lake. One member of our party missed an online test and had to drop the class. There was no television signal or access to streaming. Based on the check-in info, we had to bring a lot of basic supplies like trash bags, TP, soap and shampoo. We will not return.
