The expansive windows throughout offer stunning lake views everywhere you turn. For outdoor living, you can enjoy the large upstairs deck and downstairs covered patio along with the expansive naturally landscaped property that includes a large flat yard for activities and games as well as a huge fire pit area overlooking the lake. Spend your mornings and sunsets on our oversized dock which boasts a sun deck and plenty of room for all of your lake toys, brought or borrowed. If you do bring your own, you'll enjoy the convenience of the property's private boat launch & beach, but and if you need to borrow, you will find Sunset Marina only a 60-yard walk from the house. All of this is on a private road for all the privacy and serenity one could want yet so close to all conveniences. Plus, less than 20 minutes to Clemson Football!!
