Lake Kathy is a small lake in a community of some rentals and some home owners. No motorized boats.
Everything in this home from the studs out is brand new! Opened February 2022. This home is in a private community about 30 minutes south of Chattanooga super easy access to i-75! Two bedrooms and one bath. The spare bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Washer and dryer in the home.
Great walkable community. You literally can sit with your legs hanging off the back deck and fish. We have three more homes in this community. One across the street and two a few doors down. So it's great if you have a group of people as well! Let me know if you have any questions!

Summary: We had a great time, the place was really nice, and it was an awesome area making the commute to and from the softball complex a breeze! The kids really enjoyed fishing and feeding the ducks/geese.
