Summary:
This brand new and modern tiny lake home with loft and full kitchen is situated on Watts Bar Lake (part of the Tennessee River), in Ten Mile, TN. One bedroom + sleeping loft and a full bathroom with tub make it the perfect little getaway for a family or two couples. Enjoy your morning coffee on the shaded porch before starting your day on the lake. There is lake access for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or swimming-Less than an hour drive to Stinging Fork and Craigshead Caverns.
The Space:
Guests will enter the home after a small flight of steps up to the front porch. There is porch furniture with seating for five, and sun/privacy shades on the porch as well. The front door leads into an open concept living/kitchen/loft space with a living room, fold out loveseat sofa bed, SmartTV, free wifi, and full kitchen. There is a stacked washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is a full bathroom with tub. The back room on the main floor is the "master bedroom" with Queen bed.
The upstairs loft area has an extra long twin bed, and a full bed, making it perfect for other adults or the kids in the family.
The property is shared with our Sunfish Lodge historic cabin. Boat ramp available one street over, no pets. Please enquire about Sunfish Lodge if you need a pet-friendly home.
***Please note: our home is located on a slough. There is no water from October-May. Water levels begin to rise in April and lower in October.***

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. The yard is shared with the Sunfish Lodge, a historic cabin situated next door to the little house. The fire pit area is shared with the other units on the property.
The Neighborhood:
This is part of a quiet lakefront housing community known as Sunfish Village. The location is great for relaxing with friends and family, but we do not allow large parties out of respect for our neighbors. We know people like to have a good time. We just don't allow parties and ask that you not have excessively loud outdoor music after 9:00 PM on the weekdays or 10:00 PM on weekends.
Getting Around:
Driving is a must, as this is a rural residential area, and Uber and Lyft are not always readily available.
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
While this home is in a rural location on the lake, there are neighbors and a building within proximity to the Perch.
