Cozy 1100 s.f. farm house just outside Newnan city limits. The house is on a large lot (1.5 acres) with lots of lawn for you to stretch out. It includes full kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. Relax in the country and watch the fireflies light up at night from the back deck with a larged fenced in yard. Less than 1 hour to Atlanta, Pine Mountain, FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs. 10 minutes to Chattahoochee Bend State park, downtown Newnan, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to historic Banning Mills, home of the world record longest zip line park.
We have added a brand new deck out the back door with table and chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and is very private.
We will consider well behaved dogs upon request, for a $75 (non-refundable) per dog fee. Please message us with dog details. Dogs must be current on monthly flea/tick prevention, house trained and crated when you are away from the house. Please no pets on the furniture! Sorry, no cats.

Summary: We loved staying here! The house and property were beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed. The furnishings were super nice, and the bed was very comfortable. It had a perfect fenced backyard for our dog, and he was living his best life there!! We can't wait to stay here again. We got to meet our host, and he was super friendly and accommodating, cannot recommend staying here enough.
