Location, location, location! Conveniently just steps to Narragansett Town Beach and a two minute walk to the seawall, this five bedroom home was built in 2003 and is located in the heart of the Pier.
The extras include hardwood and tile floors, central A/C, front porch with chairs, large private deck with table and chairs, large flat screen TV in living room with DVD player (and TV's in all bedrooms), and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The home features a large open floor plan design with a bright and airy living room with full cable package (cable on all TV's) and wireless internet. All bedrooms newly re-decorated in Spring 2017 including new headboards, area rugs, and quilts. Beautiful large private yard with an additional table with four chairs, picnic table, adirondack chairs and a fire pit. There's room in the driveway for 5 - 6 cars and in the shed you'll find several bicycles, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys - all available for your enjoyment! Just a few minute walk to the Narragansett Town Beach, Beach Pavilion and Narragansett Towers. Enjoy many restaurant and eateries, Dunkin Donuts, Pier Liquors, an ice cream and candy shop and the library all within a few minute walk.
Leave your car in the driveway all week! Renters retain full access to the yard, porch, deck, grill, outdoor tables/chairs, etc,.
Cleaning & linen fee: An additional cleaning & linen fee will be charged to renters during the summer season. Linens include professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and thermal blankets (light comforter) for all occupants. All beds will be made with fresh linens prior to your arrival (bed-making does not include futons, pull-out couches, murphy beds, etc), Please note that beach towels are not included.
Cameras/surveillance: Exterior cameras are located outside on the front porch, side entrance, patio area and upper deck. All cameras are facing away from the house are are for security reasons only.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-20lbs). If approved there will be an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet, and the security deposit collected will total $700.00.
Bookings 14 nights or greater: Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Guests that book a full month (29 nights or greater) will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.
