SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 275.00 USD CLEANING AND PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH. THIS IS PAID AS REIMBURSEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF THE LOFT FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE, THE DETAILS OF WHICH ARE SHOWN IN THE LISTING. This is a well-appointed and very comfortable full floor loft with three bedrooms in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District, steps to Chelsea, Union Square, Gramercy, Greenwich Village and Midtown. It is in a small New York loft building with NO elevator. There are three flights of stairs to access this full floor loft and the climb is rewarded by charming space. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds which can be split into two singles and one bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed for the living area for two additional guests. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, gas stove, oven and dishwasher. There is no laundry facility in the loft but we can recommend nearby laundry options. There is one full bath with sink, toilet, and shower. The loft is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, theaters and sightseeing. Most major public transportation including buses and subways (1, 6, N, R, D, F, V trains) and buses is within a few blocks of the loft. Other things to note Smoking Not Allowed NO ELEVATOR. There are 3 flights of stairs for access. Again, NO laundry in loft or in building. We will provide information on local laundry options. Linens and towels are provided. Guests provide their own toiletries (shampoo, soap, personal products, etc.). Cleaning fee of $275.00, due on arrival in CASH. $250.00 weekly cleaning fee for each subsequent week also payable in cash on arrival. An additional cleaning will be provided each week. Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00 Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00 Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00 Also note that for the Christmas and New Years weeks, I keep to a 7 night minimum stay for EACH of the two holidays. The local area was great, so central and a really buzzing atmosphere with coffee shops, convenience stores and the subway near by.
