Kitchen fully equipped, Queen air mattress provided with bedding (self inflating/deflating) for extra 2 guests or kiddo's. Waterfront cove located at Gills Creek off Blackwater Chanel MM-6-10. Great for waterskiing, wakeboarding and fishing. Parking available for boats and trailers * must have currrent tags ( hoa requires passes - we will supply) ample room for car parking- no passes needed.
