It’s a three minute drive to the FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment) and is South of Downtown Gastonia.
The Space:
The property is located in a residential neighborhood. It includes a main house and a studio apartment (2nd floor of a detached garage) which are both available separately in listings.

3 dreamy bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a queen sized bed and wall mounted television in each.
3 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and one on the main floor.
Rest in comfort in the 1st floor living room, spacious enough for 2 sofas with double sized pull-out beds and a wall mounted television.
Home cooked meals can be prepared in the well-stocked kitchen and served in the dining room (8 seat capacity).
