Welcome to our home! Our family has been booking annual beach getaways for years. We’ve stayed in countless short-term rentals and experienced just about everything (the good and the well, not-so-good). Life has afforded us to have our own place at the beach, and as much as we’d like to, we cannot use it all the time. So, we’re opening our home to families who want to experience our idea of the perfect coastal retreat.
Welcome to our magnificent second-floor ocean-view condo, which we’ve dubbed our Ohana Oasis. Here, you will experience stunning ocean views, access to a private beach exclusive to the complex, a large community swimming pool (no lifeguard), and an amazing location with restaurants, golf, parks, a fishing pier, and much more just minutes away. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind.

We are excited for you to enjoy all the updates and personal touches throughout this unit. As you enter the condo, you’ll experience the warm and elegant LVP flooring, a gorgeous kitchen, a dedicated dining area, a comfy living room with a stunning shiplap feature wall, a wet bar, real wood furniture throughout, plenty of outlets for your devices, and countless tasteful décor choices—all which create our idea of a coastal oasis.
The kitchen features stunning white quartz countertops, a large single bowl under-mount sink, and all new appliances (large refrigerator/freezer, glass top electric oven and range, microwave, and super quiet dishwasher). The kitchen is fully stocked and includes plates, glasses, mugs, flatware, pots, pans, cookie sheets, sharp knives, a toaster, a waffle maker, a blender, and more. There is also plenty of storage for your food.
The bathrooms have large showers and tubs with hotel-style shower curtains and heating lamps to keep you warm while you dry off. We splurged a little on the laundry. Nothing is worse than spending hours waiting for your bathing suits and towels to dry or spending your valuable time at the beach running multiple loads of laundry in a tiny washer-dryer combo—our pet peeve, too! So, you’re going to love our LG ThinQ laundry tower. A full load of laundry can be washed and dried in under an hour.
The bedrooms have plenty of storage for you to move in for your stay. You’ll get a restful night’s sleep in our super comfy beds with sleeping accommodation for six. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Wind down or wake up with your favorite movie or show on the smart TVs. In the master suite, you’ll wake up to the sun sparkling off the waves through the oversized sliding glass door.
The living room features a media center with a smart TV, a wet bar, an extra-large couch with a chaise lounge, and another oversized sliding glass door that leads to the extra-large deck. Speaking of the deck, you will love the brand-new high-end patio furniture for lounging, relaxing with your favorite beverage, or having a meal with your loved ones.
While you are tempted to want to hang out in this beautiful unit, you’ll also want to get out and enjoy the beach community. When it comes to leisure, you'll be spoiled for choice. Take a dip in the inviting pool, work on your tan on the sundeck, or venture along the multiple community walkways leading directly to the private sandy shores. All are just a few steps away! After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off the salt and sand under the refreshing outdoor showers. Then, store your beach gear in the coded entry guest closet on the ground level, so you don’t have to carry a key or anything upstairs!
Just outside our building, you'll discover a delightful picnic area with charcoal grills and an expansive activity field, perfect for entertaining the whole family with food and games. Also, you’ll love taking an easy stroll down the street or the sand to local favorites such as Lazy Turtle (tables on the sand!), Ruby's Coffee Shop, and Koko Cabana.
