Guest Information Rules and Policies
1. Please leave the lamp on when leaving property at night. Keep LAUNDRY ROOM door clothes at ALL TIMES (it is the door that separates the laundry room from the loft area).
2. Please open curtains everyday to let natural light in. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH BLINDS.(THIS IS A BASEMENT and needs natural light)
3. The hallway to the laundry room, washer, and dryer is shared.. Note that in the laundry room, guests only have access to the washer, dryer, and the cleaning supplies that are located in the black bucket by the door nearest to the entrance to the loft. Please clean the lint trap and do not change dryer settings. Guests are responsible for their own laundry room supplies. The housemate will personally share directions on how to use both appliances.
4. No Smoking allowed indoors. May smoke outside 3ft from entry door and dispose of butts in respectful manner (NOT ON THE GROUND)
5. Please do not unplug pest plug-ins.
6. Place dirty towels in the clothes basket and pull dirty linen prior to checkout.
7. Broom DustPan Mop Plunger and Bucket are in the Laundry Room in the designated area.
8. Extra Cleaning Supplies are under Bathroom Sink. The Fire Extinguisher and 1st Aid Kit is on the Mantle in the loft.
9. Wifi Password is not to be shared with your guest. This will be monitored.
10. Please do not remove any appliances, linens, cleaning supplies etc..if it came with living space it stays with living space. If anything is removed extra fees, report to company, and possible legal action taken.
11. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ENGAGE WITH PETS ON PROPERTY.
12. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or WEAPONS on PROPERTY. Absolutely NO GATHERINGS of more than 4 people and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES (if not followed a NONREFUNDABLE dismissal will occur).
13. Be respectful of other occupants and property.
14. Be careful when walking on driveway STAY AWAY FROM LOOSE CONCRETE.
