Summary: The lobby, breakfast area, and our room were exceptionally clean and staff was very helpful. Room was basic and lacks some amenities that other hotels have (no closet, drawers or iron) but it was fine for what we needed which was just a place to sleep for one night. Easy walk to a number of outlet stores and food options and just a few minute drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk. Breakfast was pretty good but basic. My only complaint was the coffee came out thick enough to leave a film on the spoon and the juice had flecks of dirt in it and came out watery. Could definitely use the lines and coffee machine cleaned.
