This is a residential area. Plenty of parking for extra cars (up to 6). Uber and Lyft are accessible, and grocery stores (Trader Joes and Whole Foods) are within 5 minutes and 1 mile. Due to the expensive items in the home, it is generally not suitable for young kids. If you'd like to bring young children with you, please get in touch so that we can make sure this will be a good fit for all.
Due to the fact that this is an older home from the 70s and that it sits on wooded acre in NC, outdoor bugs may sometimes find their way indoors, especially if the deck sliders are left open. The house is regularly treated for pests and is thoroughly and professionally cleaned weekly.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.
RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
DEPOSIT
We require a $500 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
