The main level has lots of natural light, tung & groove vaulted ceilings & a spacious open floor plan with slate floors throughout. The living room has a gas log fireplace plus a cozy window seat. Dining Area has access to the deck for indoor/outdoor dining options. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a gas range & butcher block island. There are 2 guest bedrooms & a shared bathroom on the main floor. The bathroom has a shower and a soaking tub with beautiful mountain views.
The lower level is geared for entertaining with a Family Room, Game Room, pool table, large bar/kitchenette, and beverage cooler. This area opens up to a patio & terraced landscape.
