Free WiFi access along with 2 Smart Roku televisions including cable TV & Netflix. Unit outfitted with heat and 2 A/C units. 1 parking spot included during the rental period. Short 10 minute walk to downtown Ogunquit Village restaurants, shops and ~15 minute walk to either Main or Footbridge Beaches (2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella are provided for use). Common area includes an outdoor pool during the warmer months (typically open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September) with poolside patio tables/chairs & chaise lounges available for use.
This unit is at the very end of the walkway making it more private, with little to no passers-by walking by the front door. Unit can accommodate 2 Adults comfortably. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. No pets, no smoking in the unit (smoking is permitted in a designated area in the parking lot).
