This home requires bookings at least 3 days prior to arrival. No same day or next day bookings are allowed. Located in the exclusive Mountain Air Country Club, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has sweeping views of both the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee on your furnished deck at the top of the mountain. This villa was renovated by some of the finest local woodworkers in the area, who added unique mill-work throughout the unit. It is decorated with beautiful Ponderosa Pine furniture and includes surround sound, both inside the condo and on the deck, flat screen Smart TVs in the sitting room off the second bedroom, as well as a TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King bed with a Novaform Serafina Pearl Gel Memory Foam mattress. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub/shower, and the second bedroom has two full beds and a shower. A sitting room off the second bedroom offers floor-to-ceiling views of the mountains on two of the four walls. A small deck offers a semi-circle couch where you can enjoy the fresh air and the view. NO SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY BOOKINGS, PLEASE. MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS REQUIRED FROM TIME OF BOOKING TO ARRIVAL DAY.
NOTE: A mandatory non-refundable damage insurance fee of $59 is assessed to each reservation. This fee is automatically added to your total. Please note that VRBO will also offer you damage protection. That is separate from the fee we charge and it is not necessary for you to purchase the additional coverage they offer. This is a dog-friendly home. No more than 1 dog is allowed. A pet fee of $75 plus tax applies. Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement and a Pet Addenda at the time of booking. Additional paperwork for guest access into the Mountain Air community is also required and must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival.
