Enjoy the private pool The Living room has an electric fireplace with a very spacious couch and TV to watch movies as a family. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Elevator, pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower.
First level: 1 queen bedroom with full bathroom that opens to the den sitting room that has a queen sleeper sofa.
Second Level: One king bedroom with full bathroom. One king bedroom and queen size bunkbed room share a full bath.
Third Level: King bedroom with full bathroom. Half Bath on this level.
In addition to all of this, you can also take advantage of all that Monteray Shores has to offer including community pools, clubhouse with WIFI, gym, children's activities in season, bike and walking trails, playground, tennis, 3 basketball courts, AND TWO community Piers for fishing and crabbing!
