Our multi-level Timber Frame home is nestled in the woods of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This cozy 5-bedroom home was built new in 2022 with no detail left out. This is the perfect getaway location to relax and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains in all four seasons. We built this home for ourselves and rent it occasionally. Don’t miss out. Everything is the home is custom from the kitchen cabinets, walnut dining table, large island to the timber beds.

First Floor: Mudroom, Bathroom with Tile Shower, 1 Bedroom (Queen Bed), Fully-Equipped Kitchen (Custom Cabinetry, Large Island - Seats 4, Concrete Counters), Large Walnut Dining Table, Living Room with Sectional Couch, Recliner & 65” TV, Pellet Stove & 12’ x 26’ Outdoor Deck.

Second Floor: 3/4 Loft with Opening to Great Room Below (Sofa and Game Area with Puzzle Table & Rocking Chair), 2 Bedrooms (Queen Beds), Full Bath with Tile Shower & 4’ x 8’ Outdoor Deck

Our home has parking for up to 4 cars as well as cable and wifi throughout.
Please note: The property has three exterior security cameras and although we do not allow pets we do have our dogs in the home in case of allergies.

The rental includes 1 guest passes to the community center with indoor and outdoor pools and 2 outdoor hot tubs(Summer), a gym, courts for tennis, basketball, pickleball and volleyball, a lounge, updated locker rooms and a pond with a sandy beach. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the front desk of the community center. For guest pass information please call 603-726-3082. Campton Mountain Ski area is located within Waterville Estates for skiing/snowboarding with a great lounge to enjoy dinner and drinks mountain side.

Summary: We can't say enough about this house. Easy check in with a full pellet stove ready to go when we arrived. The owner asked approximate time of arrival and remotely turned on the heat and lights so we wouldn't arrive in the dark. Nothing better than arriving to a warm house. It was spotless and you can see the owners take great pride in their home. The details and architecture are amazing. Massive timbers throughout and plenty of windows. Open concept yet plenty of areas to escape each other. You could sit on the comfy loft couch or play games/puzzles while watching TV on the first floor or send the kids to the basement which is a second living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Location- Only an hour and a half from Boston and only 5 minutes off the highway. We took the kids to the indoor pool as well as skiing and tubing at Waterville Valley which was only 15 minutes away. We can't wait to book a week in the summer. So many things to do in this central location. Although covered in snow the main deck and upper deck will be great in warmer weather. Thank you again for a memorable vacation.
