Summary: 1. Reception staff were rude when we paid. 2. They didn't send check-in information 24-48 hours in advance of the booking as they said they would. This made the flight to Fort Lauderdale stressful as we didn't know if they would honour the booking as we were arriving after the check-in desk closed. 3. I told them when I booked we were arriving after check-in closed, so if they were worried about payment they should have requested that in advance. 4. I had an email exchange when I booked about wanting a roll-away bed put in the room which is listed as free on hotels.com, but they wanted to charge us 70 USD for this and only told us on the day we checked in
