4 Bedroom House in Fayetteville

The bungalow is a recently renovated single story home tucked back at the back of a private drive. Guests have access to private woods, a stream, a field, fire pit, charcoal grill, two decks, and a covered front porch. There are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. A brand new addition is an amazing outdoor shower with hot water and with a view of the woods. If traveling with children we do have a pack n play, high chair, child friendly cups/plates, and baby bathtub, electric outlet plugs available. We welcome pets as long as it is communicated in advanced. We have Wifi available and the cell service in our area is good.
We are located right outside of the city limits of Fayetteville on Route 16. A 7 minute drive to the center of Fayetteville, a 10 minute drive to the NRG bridge/National Park entrance, 16 minutes to Hawks Nest State park, and 15 minutes from Cathedral Falls. Close to Grandview and Sandstone Parks.

Summary: My wife and I needed a place to stay for her family reunion. This place was very close and conveniently located to her family. The home on the inside was clean and well kept. The outside could have used some upkeep. There wete spiderwebs at the front door. The grass could have been better taken care of and there were rat droppings on the front porch.
