Located in the quiet community of Sandbridge in Virginia Beach, this stunning gem has all the amenities you could wish for in a vacation home and is only steps from the ocean! We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you are on vacation.

1st Level (Covered Deck & Patio)
In-ground POOL just completed seperately gated with lounge areas!! New hot tub fall 2023, OPEN YEAR ROUND!! The wonderful ground level deck has everything... outdoor bar with large screen TV, outdoor dining area, ping-pong table, foosball table, outdoor shower, and sitting area with fire pit to enjoy the ocean breeze. It is the perfect spot to grill your lunch or dinner. There are 2 other decks with plenty of seating and lounge chairs which are great for sunset cocktails.
2nd Level (First Living Level)
The first floor contains a lounge area with cable television. This area is perfect for unwinding from a wonderful day at the beach. Open the sliding glass doors and exit to a patio overlooking the Atlantic. There are also 5 bedrooms (1 King with private bath, 2 queens with private baths) and two other bunk rooms off the lounge area. The first floor also contains a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your personal use.
3rd level
The second floor has wide open spaces and beautiful natural light that make it bright and airy as a beach house should have. The living room has a 60’ television, comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked complete with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher and large farmer sink that make cleaning up a breeze after cooking a delicious family meal. The custom dining room table has plenty of seating for everyone in your party and is perfect for your meal, playing games or just catching up. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and private bath, and deck access that overlooks the beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.
This is an all-inclusive property rental that includes everything you need to make your vacation experience a success. All linens and towels are included so that all you need to do is show up with those flip flops and a smile on your face.
