On the ground level is the garage that is furnished with air hockey and ping pong tables and an extra drink/bait refrigerator. You can access the home's private pool and hot tub area directly from the garage. Just inside the hall is where the elevator begins its service to the above 3 levels.
As you enter this fabulous back key oceanfront home on the 2nd level, you will find 4 bedrooms. 2 oceanfront bedrooms include the King master suite with oceanfront deck access, a private bath with a soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd oceanfront room is furnished with a Queen bed with oceanfront deck access and shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with a Queen bedroom that is also furnished with a bunk bed and has deck access. The additional room on this level is furnished with a Queen bed, private bath, and also has deck access. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd level is the main living area with a spacious open layout. The well-stocked kitchen offers plenty of counter space and bar seating for fun-filled family meals! The dining area offers ample space with additional oceanfront window seating.
The living area is within view and is equipped with a big screen TV, surround sound, and updated and comfortable seating. A true gathering spot for the whole family! The living area is decorated in rich blues and reds with multiple windows to bring in the bright natural light. One shares a bath with the main living area and the other is suite style.
