This newly renovated top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full/double bed and a full attached bath.
The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your large private balcony. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and views of the beautiful pool and serene courtyard.
The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, both a Keurig with K-cups, and every gadget you could need for enjoying a great meal! Ceiling fans and smart TVs are in every room for your convenience. A washer and dryer is included for your use as well.
We have a variety of beach items available for you, including a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more. You will also receive a welcome book with our personal recommendations, full of restaurants, activities and places to visit to assure your family will have a fabulous beach vacation!
