A convenient outdoor shower provides a place to rinse the sand off after a long day at the beach, then toss the burgers and hot dogs on the two charcoal grills. Choose to eat by the pool or upstairs in the furnished screened porch. An abundance of seating options can be found on the decks and crows nest for casual conversation or reading the latest best seller in the salty breeze. Enjoy magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the crows nest, where you can view both surf and sound! Inside the home, you are welcomed by bright, beach-themed decor, comfortable furnishings and upscale, modern appliances. The first level of the home has a beautiful king master with room to relax. There are two more master bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and set of bunks.The top level king master bedroom has private full bath and recliner for reading and relaxing. All bedrooms in the home provide large, flat screen TVs. The multi-purpose great room features a 70" flat screen Smart TV with DVD player, two sofas and a love seat so everyone in the group can watch together. A desk in the great room provides a place to check in with the office or as additional space for serving a buffet meal. The adjacent dining area leads to the kitchen with an upscale, modern appliance package, an open pantry, and ample counter space for preparing the days' meals. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the weekly dog fee is already included in your booking summary when selecting 'Yes' to pets. The $200 weekly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
