"Overlook" is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-bath, log cabin on two acres of wooded land with gorgeous mountain views! It offers a gated, covered porch with a large furnished deck and gas grill. Just off the deck is a fire pit with tree stump seating.
On the first level is a furnished living room with vaulted ceilings and a river rock face fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, with a long country table with four chairs and a bench it seats seven. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffeemaker, ample cookware, glassware, and flatware. In addition to the spacious cabinets in the kitchen, there is a full pantry closet.
Off the hallway is the first level bedroom, furnished in a mission style, with a full-size bed, recliner, end tables and an armoire, as well as satellite TV. There is a full bathroom with a fully-stocked linen closet. All the flooring on this level is hardwood.
Off the living room is a staircase leading to the second level – a large carpeted loft with a queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables/lamps, large coffee table, game table, satellite TV/DVR, and two chairs. Adjacent to the loft is a large carpeted master bedroom with a beautiful oak bedroom suite (queen-size bed), large walk-in closet and full bathroom.
On the ground level is a bedroom/den with a double bed, office area, washer/dryer and a full bathroom.
The house is equipped with electric heat pump/AC, WiFi & satellite TV.
Green River Highlands is a gated 430 acre community on the Green River.
